Privacy Policy

This explains what Premier Digital LLC, trading as PremierSites, does with personal information. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal padding.
Two different kinds of information
We handle personal information in two distinct roles, and the difference matters:
- About our customers — business owners who buy a website from us. We decide how this is used.
- About our customers' customers — people who fill in a contact form on a website we host. That information belongs to the business whose site it is. We hold it on their behalf and act on their instructions.
If you contacted a local business through their website and want your details removed, contact that business directly, or email us and we will pass it on and act.
What we collect about customers
- When you sign up. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your current website address if you have one.
- When you pay. Billing details are collected and stored by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- When you complete your intake. Everything you tell us about your business, plus any logo or photographs you upload.
- Consent records. If you opt in to calls and texts, we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We keep this so we can show what was agreed. The hash cannot be reversed to identify you.
- Support messages. Emails, texts, and change requests you send us.
What we collect on websites we host
- Contact form submissions. Name, phone, email, message, and which page it was sent from.
- Anti-spam data. A hash of the sender's IP address and their browser identifier, kept so genuine enquiries can be told apart from automated abuse.
- Aggregate analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites. We can see that a page was viewed or a phone number was tapped — not who did it.
Websites we build do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels unless the business owner specifically asks for them.
How we use it
- To build, host, and maintain your website
- To send you enquiries from your website immediately, by email and by text if you have asked for that
- To take payment and manage your subscription
- To contact you about your account, your build, and your service
- To report to you on how your website is performing
- With your consent, to tell you about other services we offer
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Calls and texts
We may contact you by phone or text about your own account and your website. That is part of providing the service.
Marketing calls and texts are sent only if you have opted in, and consent is never a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us and we will remove you.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of established service providers to run our business. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, is bound by contract, and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes. They fall into these categories:
- Payment processing and subscription billing
- Website hosting, domain services, and security
- Database and file storage
- Email delivery
- Text messaging and customer records
- Website analytics
- Content storage and image services
If you are a customer and need to know which specific providers we use — for your own compliance or procurement purposes — email us and we will tell you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
- Your account. While you are a customer, and for 12 months afterwards.
- Enquiries from your website. While you are a customer. Exported to you on request, and deleted 90 days after you cancel.
- Signups that never became customers. 12 months, then deleted.
- Consent records. Four years, because we may need to show what was agreed.
- Billing records. As long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Receive a copy of it
- Have it corrected or deleted
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of it — we do neither
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
Nevada residents have a right under NRS 603A to tell us not to sell their personal information. We do not sell it, but you may still submit that request and we will honor it.
To exercise any of this, email hello@premiersites.com. We will verify who you are before acting, and respond within 45 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it. Card details never touch our systems — our payment processor handles them entirely.
No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will email current customers. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
